already deleted from the properties in Web Development Assembly so my...
*org.eclipse.wst.common.component.xml* structure is

        <wb-resource deploy-path="/" source-path="/WebContent"/>

also in the buildpath I unmaked the Allow output folder for source folders


but when I deploy / publish / re-publish the WEB-INF/dev folder keeps appearing and I have the
"two components with the same id...." exception and I cannot work
