https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBAS-8309 [JBAS-8309] Initial OSGi subsystem integration
The initial OSGi subsystem integration for AS7 is available for pull http://github.com/jbosgi/jboss-as/tree/jbas8309 here.
We currently install three bundles
* org.osgi.compendium.jar
* jboss-osgi-common.jar
* jboss-osgi-hotdeploy.jar
The hotdeploy bundle currently allows drop-in deployment/undeployemnt of OSGi bundles in the server/deployment directory. This is a provisional approach that is likely to disappear when the AS7 deployment API becomes generally available.
The OSGiFrameworkService allows injection of the OSGi system BundleContext.
cheers
