Hi Murali,

Are you refering to: 
<destination-jndi-name>queue/myTestQueue</destination-jndi-name>

This name is required to map to a local jndi name in JBoss: 
<res-ref-name>jms/QCF</res-ref-name> 

to the remote jndi name of the queue configured in Tibco EMS.
