I got the above error solved. I found that in the jboss-portal.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml, the mbean for "portal:service=Hibernate,type=Instance" is commented by default. So I have uncommented it. Now I am getting a new error for a another mbean dependency 
"jboss.jca:service=DataSourceBinding,name=PortalDS" . I searched in windows machine for this mbean entry file,  but I am not able to find it. Can anyone let me know, like where we can find this entry defination, so that I am just looking to uncomment it, if it is uncommented.
