Ideally, if you deleted the .isdeployed file while the server was down, on boot that would be noticed and the deployment wouldn't happen. If we can figure out a good way to do that, I want to put it in. (Not this week though!) The scanner would have to store some state somewhere, which isn't hard. Trickier is tweaking the boot process so the scanner subsystem has a way to prevent the deployment from happening.
