How is "big deployment" + "patch" + *".skip"* equal to NO MARKERS?

That big deployment would only get picked up and fully deployed once .skip is removed / deleted.
Which is probably pretty much the same as adding .dodeploy.
(ok, technically it's the opposite, but the end result would be the same -- no non-atomic deployments)
