Hi, if I understand your question correctly, you would create an email service node for this, like the one that by default available in the Eclipse editor. This video should help:  http://vimeo.com/26126678 http://vimeo.com/26126678.

We should probably add the Email and Log service nodes by default in the oryx designer, if no custom workitem definition configuration is present. I will see to add that for the next release.
