Seen that already and we're arranging for online training sessions too. Don't get me wrong: I like git and understand pros and cons (roughly). But as always for the next 6 months  (!)  my concern is timing and whether this is really the right thing to do for the 4.x series now. I don't see this any different to when we moved TS from cvs to svn: we left older versions in cvs that we touched rarely and new development continued in svn.
