As a temporary solution, I extracted classes from package "org.jbpm.task.event" (jbpm-human-task-core-5.3.0.Final.jar) and build a custom JAR and deployed into "jbpm-human-task-war.war\WEB-INF\lib" folder so that it could be found during runtime.
