I am trying to build the source code from the tag 7.1.2.Final. SimpleRepositoryTestCase fails as a result of which the build fails .As anyone faced this problem. What does SimpleRepositoryTestCase do ? 

Also what is the way to build the source code by ignoring the tests ? Thank you !
