Hi All,

I am trying to develop a sample as explained here  http://www.jboss.org/jdf/examples/get-started/ http://www.jboss.org/jdf/examples/get-started/. But when i type scaffold on my forge command line tool I am getting.

***ERROR*** [scaffold] Missing command for plugin [scaffold], available commands: [setup] :-/ 

How to add the commands. I am using the latest plugin.
