I changed to 5.4-SNAPSHOT and now i get a new exception:

Caused by: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: classLoader
    at org.jbpm.task.utils.ContentMarshallerHelper.unmarshall(ContentMarshallerHelper.java:105) [jbpm-human-task-core-5.4.0-SNAPSHOT.jar:]
