What I mean by "can't remote access" is:

when I access  http://my-server-name:8080/ http://my-server-name:8080/myapp, IE gives blanck page ("Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage")

When I "Diagnose Connection Problems" on IE, the result is:

 |
| The device or resource (127.0.0.1) is not set up to accept connections on port "The World Wide Web service (HTTP)". |
