Restarting jboss is an unacceptable solution in my case given the SLA of our app to be 99.9% up.
I have read many discussions regarding this issue, could not finalize on the best solution  for this. 
Experts,
What is the best solution for this issue. Apparently looks like a Jboss bug, please let me know if  I am missing something from my side
