This might not be very special to JBoss.
If you use only Eclipse without any additional you have to add the libraries.

You may use maven (and the Eclipse plugins) and you can set the dependencies whitin the pom.xml files. Examples for that you will find in the  http://www.jboss.org/developer/quickstarts.html quickstarts.
You should have a look into ' http://www.jboss.org/developer The JBoss Way' for helpfull stuff as well.
