Wow.  I didn't know there was anyone doing that except me!

It should be fairly straightforward to modify the maven project to create your own "install pack" *.cli archive.  You can fork my project from github and give it a try:
 https://github.com/ssilvert/jboss-jsf-installer https://github.com/ssilvert/jboss-jsf-installer

It's a little rough right now since I've been concentrating on the end result rather than the project itself.  If you have questions I'll be glad to go through it with you.

The biggest flaw is that its artifact is a zip file that you have to manually rename to *.cli.  If you make any improvements, patches are most welcome.
