Hi,

mod_cluster is apache httpd specific solution and cannot be applied to IIS.

with IIS you can use isapi_redirect.dll (mod_jk apache httpd equevalent)

 http://tomcat.apache.org/connectors-doc/webserver_howto/iis.html http://tomcat.apache.org/connectors-doc/webserver_howto/iis.html

but it does not have extended features mod_cluster provide....
