Please contact your local Red Hat representative, as the solution is to have a JBoss BRMS subscription which will give you the JBoss EAP support also. In your case you would need to sort out moving forward what the best option for your situation is. The Red Hat represenative is your starting point (where you bought your JBoss EAP subscription).
