Really strange, you should see something like:
 https://community.jboss.org/servlet/JiveServlet/showImage/2-827769-21134/Screenshot-1.png  https://community.jboss.org/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadImage/2-827769-21134/450-502/Screenshot-1.png 
(I actually used a slightly different version I had available here, but it should really be the same).

Can you check the standalone configuration you're running actually includes the webservices subsystem?
