First of all, thanks for the reply.
What should I do if I want to add a deployment scanner that takes for path a HTTP url? 
The idea is to have a HTTP update location for my web-app (using apache, or jboss-webdav), and N jboss containers looking up for updates on the war. 
Maybe you could help me, pointing me in another direction, or suggesting me other tools to achieve so.
