It was rolled back to make the JBossWS trunk test suite pass.
It doesn't relate to the TCK.

The question is why this was rolled back. We can't have people making
changes for the tck in the trunk as this is being updated to boot with
the mc. Any tck work needs to happen in the tck branch. What is the url
for the tck branch?
