I added section to the svn migration guide:

about while the trunk is being migrated to the MC and VDF framework, it
will be unstable. Work on TCK/CTS should be based on the
https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/branches/JEE5_TCK branch with any
changes merged to head. If the change is to a deployer that is in flux,
create a jira issue with the svn patch set so it can be integrated
latter.
