[jboss-dev] Annotations in jbossweb-tomcat6.deployer

These should not exist in the tomcat deployer as they should be coming
in from the server lib content. I'm not sure why these were added to the
tomcat deployer. I say just remove them, and I have removed this jar
from the repository.jboss.com/jboss/web/2.0.0.snapshot/lib
