I've tagged JBoss-4.0.5.GA so QA can start the final release cycle (last
testsuite runs; regression testing; packaging; installer).

If something comes up we'll fix it in Branch_4_0 and re-tag, so please
don't commit stuff to Branch_4_0 until the release date, Oct/16th (a
week from now).
