[jboss-dev] eclipse svn client out of date with rhel client

So I tried updating to the current 1.4.0 binaries, and then the 
subeclipse plugin no longer recognizes the existing svn metadata when I 
import a project. I have not found a rhel4 rpm in between 1.4 and 1.1.4 yet.
