I've updated the JIRA issues to reflect the previously
described status.

There are 8 issues for 4.0.5.GA that are either 
assigned to me (JBossMQ) or Weston (JBoss ASF/JCA).

JBAS-3183 (Weston) - WSMQ Fixes/workaround
This depends upon whether there is time to stablise this,
otherwise it will be deferred to 4.0.6

JBAS-3468 (Me) - HTTPIL Ping Thread race condition
Fix is described in JIRA

JBAS-3483 (Weston) - Simple javadoc fix
To be done with JBAS-3631

JBAS-3620 (Me) - Retrying JDBC2 recovery when the DB is down
Simple fix, but obviously needs some tests writing
otherwise we would have known about the issue already!

JBAS-3627 (Me) - Testing in the same area as 3628

JBAS-3628 (Me) - Complete fix of JBAS-3573 (4.0.5CR1)

JBAS-3631 (Weston) - Missing branch in ServerSession commit for JBossTM
Fix is described in JIRA

JBAS-3634 (Me) - Transacted acknowledgement race condition fix
