[JBoss-dev] Another cause of loosing F3/Open Declaration found

I ran into the missing F3 key mapping again in an eclipse project and 
doing a clean import did not fix it. I then looked at the key mappings 
and saw that the JavaCC plugin I had recently added had F3 assigned to 
Open JavaCC declaration in Editing Text scope. Removing this scope 
restored the F3 mapping while in a java file.
