[jboss-dev] HOWTO work with a local copy of the repository

I created

https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/jboss.local.repository

based on svn:externals

Unfortunately, this still pulls in zillions of possibly stale projct
versions. Whats needed IMHO is some kind of cron that does 

    svn propedit svn:externals

to define the actual project versions that are defined in
jbossas/build/build-thirdparty.xml accross the jbossas branches.
