[jboss-dev] Configuring XARecovery by default

Since we are including the new TransactionManager in JBoss-4.2/JBoss5
we really need to change the default configurations to take 
advantage of it.

e.g. In 4.2, JBossMQ should be configured for XARecovery
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBAS-1341
and this needs to be properly configured in the TM config
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/secure/attachment/12312162/JMSProviderXAResourceRecovery.java

Similarly, work needs doing to make sure the JCA resources
that support recovery, e.g. XADataSources are registered
with the TransactionManager, or at least there are
examples/documentations on how to configure it.
