[jboss-dev] Branch_4_2 / jboss-web update

Ben,

Looking back as far as 4.0.3.SP1, there is no
TransactionManagerLookupClass specified in
ejb3-clustered-sfsbcache-service.xml. Do you know any reason for this?
Seems like it should be JBossTransactionManagerLookup.
