[jboss-dev] What is asl 2.1?

I'm not finding this apache-asl-2.1.txt in the licenses:
/home/svn/JBossMC/jbossmc/build/build-thirdparty.xml:83: Can't get
http://repository.jboss.com/licenses/apache-asl-2.1.txt to
/home/svn/JBossMC/jbossmc/build/../thirdparty/licenses/apache-asl-2.1.txt

and I don't see that apache has such a license. I have changed the
license of stax-api/1.0/component-info.xml to apach-2.0 as this is what
I see in the svn repo of stax:
http://svn.stax.codehaus.org/browse/stax/trunk/dev/ASF2.0.txt
