[jboss-dev] JEMS installer for JBossAS 4.2.1.GA

Agree JBINSTALL is mess, will do the clean up.
As far as release date for 1.2.1.RC3 is concerned I am putting it as 
10th August. JBM 1.4.GA will be released at end of the month + 4 days 
for Integration and testing + a week for QA
