[jboss-dev] Removing commons logging from bundle tomcat versions?

The biggest conflict with commons logging comes from the tomcat usage.
Simply obfuscating the tomcat/jbossweb commons logging is not sufficient
as the logic to search for commons-logging.properties would continue to
result in conflicting configurations. Why don't we create
tomcat/jbossweb versions that rely on the jboss logging spis?
