[jboss-dev] Updating JIRA

Hi Folks,

who own the JIRA installation these days? 

We are currently at 3.6.5 (18-Sep-2006). The latest is 3.11
(25-Sep-2007) and contains a number of fixes and features that I would
welcome (e.g. subtask to top-level and vise-versa)
