[jboss-dev] Maven repository maintenence

Hi Everyone,
I'm doing a little cleanup of the maven repository, and I will be removing any 
snapshot versions of projects that I find 
(http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=4098548#4098548). 
Also, I will remove some empty folders and some folders with invalid contents.

If this causes problems for you, just let me know.
