I went ahead and tagged the latest javaee APIs with the existing method:
https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/projects/javaee/tags/5.0.0.CR1/

The artifacts are here:
https://svn.jboss.org/repos/repository.jboss.org/maven2/org/jboss/javaee/

I just couldn't wait more at this point for a build able to tag individually the APIs, so 
this is still a todo item.
