[jboss-dev] pom.xml housekeeping

could we use instead "generic" tags - or aliases - (like ejb-parent => 
LATEST-OFFICIAL-EJB) and "move" that tag so that all modules that depend 
on that tag automagically refer to the good tag once we move it?
