So it can't find conf/login-config.xml
since this is loaded by ClassLoader.getResource(), my guess is that you
haven't added the new ClassPath deployer to deployers.xml

Failing that (assuming you did a clean build) you'll
need to debug why it can't find the resource.

e.g. enable TRACE for org.jboss.classloader
