[jboss-dev] AS5 and tooling

I expect the jars will be different. Since jmx is not the core of the
server any longer, there is no guarantee those commands exist. We need
to clarify the apis the tools are using and create any missing
abstractions.

Start a thread in Design of JBoss Tools with current api usage and
requirements so we can get this properly defined.
