[jboss-dev] AS start-up failure

I cannot reproduce this.

The AS now delegates to a build macro in thirdparty which assembles the 
jbossws.sar. The artifact jbossws-beans.xml does not exist in the 
repository.

http://repository.jboss.com/jboss/jbossws/snapshot/resources/

It seems to me a stale artifact that was left over from a previous build 
or some other invalid modification
