I think this has to do with the names changing.  I'm guessing that the three 
versions you have are using different groupIds or artifactIds :(

You can view the dependency tree with "mvn project-info-reports:dependencies". 
This will give you an html page in target/site that shows the dependency tree so 
  you can see where each one is coming from.  I'll try to fix all these before 
the next attempt at removing build-thirdparty.xml.
