On my local checkout from last night before I started this thread, 
changing Reflect to 2.0.2.GA resolves the clustering test failures.

Sorry, Scott, I wasn't real specific in my initial post; easiest way to 
see the clustering failures was to run the 'tests-clustering-http' target.
