[jboss-dev] metadata release for AS-5.0.0.GA

There are still issues open on CR3 which need some sort of answer.

Most specifically I want to know how we're going to do an upgrade to EJB 
3.1 meta data. Most preferably I would like to see an extendible 
jboss-metadata-1.0.0.GA on which we can put jboss-metadata-ejb-X.X, but 
I'm not sure whether that's feasible.
