been reapplied.

I'm still waiting on the nightly run #1010 that included the tomcat 
integration changes, along with a few others.

The last big one is the http-invoker deprecation. I'm not going to do 
that at this point because of the test refactoring that is needed. I'll 
background in on a separate branch and if it gets done for ga it can go in.
