Or try doing the copy with two URLS:

svn cp -m "blah" https://svn.jboss.org/path/to/trunk 
https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/projects/aop/branches/Branch_2_0

This is how I always have done branches.  Never fails :-)
