Just a heads up.

I've removed the old SubDeployer api from the 
jboss-head (jboss6) codebase.

In some cases, I've just shelled out the methods
e.g. management/src/main/org/jboss/management/j2ee/factory/*.java

I'm pretty sure those classes aren't used anymore, but I
haven't confirmed it. If somebody knows that one of the modified
classes here isn't used anymore then feel free to delete it. :-)
