Well, what ServerInfo logs is the preRegister method is by default shown 
already in:
- console
- server.log
- boot.log

So, echo " JAVA_OPTS: $JAVA_OPTS" is just a repetition of what will be 
shown a few lines below in the console. Check out trunk and see :)
