I don't see what the benefit would be though.  Better to remain consistent 
and just leave it alone.  Someone might change their mind and decide we 
need a 5.0.1 after all.  Or maybe not, but there's no reason to rename the 
branch in my opinion.  If we get bored of having it around, we can always 
"svn rm" it.
