I've opened two JIRAs related to this:

The first is to use the system property to control the org.jboss 
category level as well as the server.log threshold; the second is to 
change to INFO.

I've assigned them to Jason as the real task here is to decide whether 
to do them; I've asked him to assign back to me if he wants them done.

Anyone who has any thoughts on the issue, I guess this is the place. :)
