[jboss-dev] New Maven Repository Configuration

Hi Everyone,

We found a problem in the recommended developer Maven settings related to
downloading snapshots from the new repository.  You will need to add a profile
to your settings.xml for the snapshot downloads to work correctly.

The getting started guide [1] and example settings [1] wiki pages have been
updated with the correct settings.
